| The Department contracts with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality to review proposed subdivisions for compliance with the Sanitation in Subdivisions Act and related administrative rules. The program conducts reviews of subdivided lots less than 20 acres for provision of adequate water and sewer facilities. |
